• 1：When company established? How many employees? What’s the area of company?

  Established in 2004. Three factory: Dongguan assemble factory: 3500m2, approx 100 workers.
                                                                  Dongguan battery cell factory Ⅰ: 10000m2, approx 200 workers.
                                                                  Dongguan battery cell factory Ⅱ: 6000m2, approx 100 workers.

• 2：How far from Subway station/Airport to your company?

  The nearest subway station is Qinghu station. It takes 15 minutes from our company to Qinghu Subway station and 40 minutes to Airport.

• 3：What’s your main equipment?

  Capacity test machine, Automatic select machine, Automatic welding machine, Semi-Automatic welding machine, Print machine, Tangent machine, SMT machine, All-purpose tester, etc.

• 4：How many engineers and QC?

  5 engineers(circuit engineer, structure engineer, process engineer, R&D engineer, chief engineer), 9 QC(IQC(2), in-process QC(3), OQC(2), Surface inspection QC(1), BMS QC(1))

• 5：Where is your main market? Is there any big customer?

  Europe and North America: 70%, other area:30%
  Big customer information is related to business secret, so can’t support.

• 6：How about production volume per day and annual sales amount? What’s the percentage of international sales and Chinese mainland sales?

  Lithium polymer can produce 180k pieces everyday.
  Battery pack(4S battery pack can produce 2k units and common big battery pack 500 units)
  Also we need to take process of the battery pack into consideration.

• 7：How about Automatic welding machine production volume?

  Normally Automatic welding machine is used for big battery pack: 100 units/hour.

• 8：How many sales are there in your company?

  30 sales total. Specific number is according to customer

• 9：What’s your main products and hot selling products in your company?

  Li ion battery pack; Ebike battery; Li-polymer battery; LiFePO4 battery pack.

• 10：How about your company intelligence?

  ISO9001 certification, China Hi-tech company, 10 million battery assurance, 8 patents, Almost all products are MSDS, UN38.3, IEC62133, CB,etc certificated.

• 11：What about Exhibition of your company?

  USA CES, Germany CEBIT, Germany Electronica, Hongkong Exhibition, USA battery show, Las Vagas ebike Exhibition, Shanghai Robot Exhibition.

• 12：What’s the lead time?

  According to customer’s purchase quantity and project.

• 13：Can you provide free samples?

  According to value of sample and quality of customer.

• 14：How about shipment term? How long is shipment and whether certification is needed?

  According to specific situation. Ship by Air, by Sea, by Express or by customer’s forwarder is all no problem.

• 15：What’s the test standard(incoming and outgoing)?

  GB

• 16： What’s the capacity when battery is shipped out?

  Capacity is 30% according to IATA rule.

• 17：Package term

  According to forwarder and customer’ requirement.

• 18：Can you print, paste label and package good with our required box?

  Absolutely.

• 19：Are cells 100% tested?

  Yes. 

• 20：If bulk order, is there any discount for order?

  Yes, of course. More quantity, more cheaper. What’s your purchase quantity for bulk order?

• 21：MOQ

  100pcs when have stock. If no stock, 5K for small battery and 3K for big battery.
